But we are different. As a manufacturers office (we support the UK, Southern Ireland and Iceland directly) we offer a free trial on all equipment for up to 14 days, and our warranties and support should you ever need it is second to none. *This does not apply to corporate accounts that get special pricing because of the volumes they purchase.
Free Trial of Equipment
Since the UK office opened back in 2000 we have always offered a completely free trial on all of our equipment - not just one that became possible when the government stepped in (like most paging companies). In fact we were probably the first in the UK that sells pagers to do so.
Our trial can last for up to 14 days but could be 7 days (depending on the equipment and client type) and it's completely free, all we ask is that you pay the return shipping if you decide that the equipment is not for you. UK Warranty
We offer a three year warranty on all of our equipment* that can easily be extended via our easy-care warranty solution. Our warranty like all warranties excludes willful damage, loss, fire, water and other aspects such as fork lifts driving over a pager (???) but all correctly warrantable items are covered in our manufacturers defect warranty.
