Table Tracker table locator, the LRS patented system to identify the customers table location, helps runners deliver food orders faster than other methods. The Tracker wirelessly senses the exact table number each order should be delivered to and where customers are seated. Runners or servers no longer have to search the restaurant while the customer’s food gets cold.

Table Tracker device is about the size of a CD & less than half an inch thick. It doesn’t take up any valuable table space because it uses RFID tags installed under the table. In fact, the sensors aren’t visible to your guests at all.

Inventory Accountability and Key Metrics

When the Table Tracker location device is handed to the customer, it sends a signal to the touch screen display which shows the order number. The only way to remove an order number from the touch screen is by returning the Table Tracker to the kitchen. If the device is not returned, the manager will be notified within minutes directly by the system. Full equipment inventory reports and key metrics are available online 24 hours a day. Getting key metrics is no longer difficult. The Tabletracker system collects important data that can easily be downloaded when using Version 3 of Table Location system. The data for large organisations can be consolidated over an entire estate. There's local data available on-screen for the manager so he can see the service levels being achieved in real time.

Colours Defined:

GREY means Entered and NORMAL

YELLOW means that the target time for delivery is approaching

RED means that order is past target delivery time

Since release in 2008, Table Tracker originated on a PC, but that changed in version 3 - which is the current version. The Tracker currently works on Apple IPAD screens but it is being migrated to operate on ANY browser screen that operators may have.
