As the UK office of Long Range Solutions from Dallas Texas USA, we don't sell any other product brand of paging equipment but we also have specialised equipment from Capture Technologies Limited (they are part of the UK LRS group). Other competitors have been known to change brands three times in three years... just imagine if you had bought their 'old' discontinued brands.

About our company...

pager.co.uk is actually a trading name of Long Range Systems UK Ltd who in turn is the UK office for Longrange Solutions Inc. of Dallas Texas, USA.

LRS Invented the customer coaster pager in 1993 and immediately patented the design, which is still being sold worldwide today.

Over the years LRS had developed more products initially for the restaurant business, but slowly and surely those products started to be supplied to other industries that could also take advantage of the robust and instant messaging in their business from LRS UK.

Long Range Systems UK Ltd is the UK office of the parent company in Dallas, and supplies and supports all LRS products here in the UK. The UK office opened in January 2002 and has grown from strength to strength and today supplies more than 20 different industries throughout the UK. Our office is based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and unlike some pager companies we could mention, we don't operate from a PO box. Customers are more than welcome to visit us at any time during normal working hours - even without an appointment.

LRS continues to develop making new and innovative patented products like Table Tracker and the PFS Pronto call buttons for industry and it is likely that you will have seen some our products here in the UK - they are used by many organisations, from small business to massive high street names. Those customers all chose LRS products for a reason - and that reason will be the same one you choose LRS products for too - Quality, Innovation, Price and Support.

 

Meet the team...

(CEO):Tony Mckenzie is the Managing Director based in the UK office. Tony has been with the office since its inception and has been responsible for many operational aspects of the business. Tony continues to expand and develop the company in the UK with the assistance of the whole team in the UK office and the assistance of the staff in Dallas HQ.

(Technical Director): Graham McKenzie is responsible for all technical issues and IT. Graham has been with the company since the start and has extensive technical knowledge about all Technology Products and most communication systems.

(Sales Director): Our Sales Director can visit you if you require a visit regarding demonstrations and pricing, but we only tend to visit for potentially large and ongoing business. Often for other business we tend to supply test equipment for trial and negotiate to buyers by telephone.

(Financial Director): Penny Mckenzie is the Financial Director and is the person responsible for all financial elements within the company as well as credit control. Please contact Penny if you require a credit account or have other credit related issues.

(Other Sales Executives): We do of course have other sales related executives who are completely familiar with our equipment and can help develop a paging solution to your exact requirements - all of course on our famous 14 day free trial period so that you can be completely sure that our equipment is for you ad it will enhance your business just as we say.

(Technical Department): Phil Smith is the technical department manager. The technical department consists of a number of engineers who are always happy to hear from customers to help in any way they can. Moreover, our engineers have a regime of calling customers every few months or so just to ensure that customers products are working to the standards that we expect our products to work to. Phil and his team are here to help, whether your system is under warranty or otherwise.
