Warranty
Our warranty is extensive and applies to any products we make. All LRS products that we make and are sold at list price are covered by a three year warranty period where we will replace under warranty products with manufacturing defects. If any product is returned with any other problem then that work will be chargeable. If you buy products at less than our UK list price we will advise the warranty period at purchase time and ensure our warranty records will reflect your agreed warranty period.
Warranty on products sold to non-corporate clients usually carries a three year manufacturers defect warranty, which is in fact the longest warranty available from any paging company. We stand by our products and if you have ANY problems we want to hear from you!
Do note that for products that are not LRS or CT brand we offer what the maker offers us - particularly so for two-way radios and accessories.
