With a three year warranty, customers usually don't even consider looking at 'extended' warranties that we offer. But EasyCare is developed to give customers that no longer have warranty on their paging systems, bleeper or table tracker. Our latest extended warranty offers are well known in the industry for value. These EasyCare systems can include replacement pagers as part of the service level agreement. No other company offers this anywhere in the world. Here are the details:
EasyCare Silver
This option is simple to facilitate, and EasyCare Silver extends the warranty for an extra year against manufacturing defects. In fact this Easy-care option has exactly the same coverage as our original warranty and is a customer favorite in the UK. The cost is based on the equipment you have and is charged at 25% of the list price of the equipment at time of order of Easy-care. If you need even more then consider EasyCare Gold below.
EasyCare Gold
Similar to the above silver plan, but with the EasyCare Gold system covers lost, stolen or broken equipment within the plan. As you can imagine this is a great way of having total peace of mind with a pager system or table location solution and the cost benefit is huge. For just 30% of the list price of the equipment at time of order this option is available. The EasyCare gold lasts for one year and is renewable annually. We know of no supplier in the paging industry anywhere in the world that offers a service to equal our EasyCare Gold criteria. EasyCare is a no quibble, simple replacement warranty option and one we are very proud of.
